Planning & Project Management Office (PPMO)

The OneIT Planning & Project Management Office (PPMO) evaluates project requests and manages IT projects. Staffed with Business Analysts and Project Managers, the PPMO supports the IT Governance process by processing project requests, providing additional analysis, maintaining the overall IT project portfolio, and implementing projects.
